New Developments in Nassau

Nassau County, NY – Bright rooms with new windows, fresh paint, hardwood floors, updated kitchen fixtures, appliances and new tiling all await a family soon to move into a beautifully renovated home.
On Tuesday, March 25th the development team for this latest Options’ home ready for occupancy reviewed the final checklist for completion. “We already have a family in mind for this home” said Jen Baldwin, Housing Program Supervisor. “They should be able to move in within three weeks.”

In addition to having a beautiful and affordable new home, Options' tenants have access to case management services to ensure that families maintain stability and good health.
Options operates its supported housing programs for low-income families living with HIV/AIDS in Nassau and Suffolk Counties. This is the 45th home developed by Options for this special needs population.
