Options Awarded "Non-Profit Partner of the Year"

The Stony Brook University Career Center Celebrates Partnerships

Stony Brook, NY  -- On Thursday, September 20, Diana Antos Arens, Ph.D.  Executive Director,  Diane Mendolia, Program Director, Georgia Kuhen, Deputy Program Director, Allison Covino, Deputy Program Director, and Elsa Fiore, Human Resources Director, attended a reception hosted by the Career Center at Stony Brook University.

The reception was a celebration of the relationships established between the Career Center and employer and faculty partners.  Options received the "Non-Profit partner of the Year" award for continued support of Career Center programs and services.

Options has a long standing relationship with the Career Center.  Four members of the agency's management team are Stony Brook Alumni and 33 of Options' current employees are graduates or students of the university.  Options senior staff has, furthermore, mentored interns in the Social Work and Human Resources disciplines.
