• Mental Health Program
  
  Individuals challenged by severe and persistent mental illness are supported in community residence and permanent housing programs that enable growth toward greater independence.

• Transitional Housing Program
  
  Homeless Suffolk County families living in poverty are rescued from bleak circumstances with quality temporary housing, support services, and help with permanent housing.

• HIV/AIDS Programs
  
  Individuals and families living with HIV/AIDS who have very low incomes receive intensive case management services to promote health and self-sufficiency as well as housing assistance.
