  • Mental Health Program

    Individuals challenged by mental illness are supported in community residence and supportive housing programs that enable growth toward greater independence.

  • Transitional Housing Program

    Homeless Suffolk County families living in poverty are moved into with quality temporary housing, provided support services, and helped to obtain long term affordable housing.

  • HIV/AIDS Programs

    Individuals and families living with HIV/AIDS who have very low incomes receive intensive case management services to promote health and self-sufficiency as well as housing assistance.
